  • 3/8-24 to M8x1 hex plate stud (-18)
  • Machinery Condition Monitoring
The Bently Nevada 200155-18-CN is a low-frequency Trendmaster Pro Accelerometer used for machinery condition monitoring. The specific part number indicates a mounting option for a 3/8-24 to M8x1 hex plate stud (-18) and a package of multiple hazardous area approvals (-CN) including NEPSI, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx.

The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, widefrequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed foruse with Trendmaster ProTIMs.The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with theTrendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces withthe 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module andthe 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (TransducerInterface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27monitors.

The 200155-18-CN Bently Nevada Low Frequency Accelerometers may still be available for purchase and support from Amikon Limited beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case.  This design provides an extremelyrugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrialenvironments.  The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pinconnector allows you to easily install and remove theinterconnecting signal cable.  A 3/8-24 threaded hole on thebottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates severalmounting options. The 20015x Accelerometers contain a piezoelectric sensingdevice that generates a charge when it is subjected tovibration.  The accelerometers electronically convert thischarge to a differential voltage signal that is proportional tothe acceleration that is parallel to the sensitive axis of thetransducer

Cable Connection: Align the pins and keyway of the interconnect cable with the top-mounted 5-pin connector and tighten the coupling nut.
Wiring: Standard interconnect cables feature a braided shield and drain wire. Ensure the installation prevents excessive cable flexing if operating in temperatures below -20 °C (-4 °F).
System Check: Upon powering the monitoring system (e.g., 3500 or Trendmaster), the monitor will perform a Transducer OK test; monitoring usually resumes within 30 seconds if no errors are found.
