This module utilizes voltages of 2.5 VDC for high step outputs and 0.5 VDC for low outputs, ensuring accurate and responsive motor positioning. It reports a maximum power consumption of 0.38 watts during inrush, which translates to a current of 16.2 mA at 24VDC. Once in steady state, the power consumption drops to 0.17 watts with a current draw of 7.15 mA at the same voltage level.
Hard Limit Inputs: The module supports dedicated inputs for CW (Clockwise) and CCW (Counter-Clockwise) Limit Switches. When triggered, these inputs can be configured to immediately halt pulse generation to prevent mechanical over-travel.
Home Limit Support: A specific Home input allows for precise reference positioning while protecting against accidental crashes during initialization routines.
