The 24/48 Volt DC 2 Amp Output Module provides 16output points in four isolated groups of four points each.This allows each group of four points to be used ondifferent phases of the AC supply. Each group of fouroutputs is individually fused with a 10-amp fuse.The module provides a high degree of inrush currentcapacity, which makes the outputs suitable for a widerange of inductive and incandescent loads. These outputswill pick up most size-4 contactors.

Accessing Terminals: Open the hinged door on the front of the module to reach the jackscrew. Turn it counter-clockwise to detach the board for easier wiring.
Wire Specifications: The board accepts wire sizes from AWG #22 to AWG #14. If using AWG #14, ensure the insulation diameter does not exceed 0.135 inches.
Grouping: The 16 points are divided into four isolated groups (4 points each). Each group is individually protected by a 10-amp fuse.
Securing Wires: After connecting, secure the wire bundle with cable ties using the cleats at the bottom of the board.
