Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
The health of the power supply module can be automatically assessed by the relay’s self-testing elements. The major and minor tests used to ensure device integrity can assess proper hardware function and de-energize the power supply module in the event of a critical failure. In the case that the test detects a hardware issue or critical failure, the system can indicate this to nearby users through the LEDs located on the faceplate of all UR units. Faceplate LEDs directly related to the power supply include CONTINUOUS ON, ON /OFF CYCLING, and OFF.
Overcurrent Protection: Includes instantaneous (ANSI 50) and time-delay (ANSI 51) elements to defend against excessive current.
Voltage Protection: Monitors for overvoltage (ANSI 59) and undervoltage (ANSI 27) conditions.
Differential Protection: Provides high-speed fault detection for transformers (ANSI 87T) and busbars (87B).
Ground Fault Protection: Detects and isolates ground faults to prevent equipment damage (ANSI 50G/51G).
Directional Power Protection: Monitors power flow direction to prevent issues like unintentional islanding (ANSI 67).
Thermal Overload Protection: Protects motors and transformers from overheating due to sustained overloads
