The HONEYWELL 05701-A-0302 Single Channel Control Card is designed for the Honeywell System 57 / 5701 gas detection system. The card provides a complete interface for monitoring one catalytic gas detector channel, including signal processing, gas concentration display, alarm comparison, status indication, and alarm reset functions.

The 05701-A-0302 functions independently and contains all the necessary electronic circuitry to provide the sensor drive, alarm detection, and gas level display for that channel of gas detection. The 05701-A-0302 is fitted with a plug-in Sensor Drive Module to achieve compatibility with a range of different inputs and sensor types. There are two different Sensor Drive Modules for the 05701-A-0302: one for catalytic inputs and one for 4-20mA inputs.

The 05701-A-0302 features a multi-function display system. The 05701-A-0302 has an analogue 25-segment display for gas concentration, a digital four-character numerical readout, a message four-character display for system messages, and an icon section with power and card selection indicators. The 05701-A-0302 also has LED indicators for gas alarm status (A1, A2, A3) and fault and inhibit alerts.
The 05701-A-0302 provides comprehensive alarm handling facilities. The 05701-A-0302 supports rising, falling, STEL and LTEL/RATE alarm outputs. The 05701-A-0302 has configurable alarm setpoints with a resolution of 1% FSD step size. The 05701-A-0302 also supports time delay on switch-on and/or switch-off of relay outputs.
The 05701-A-0302 operates from 18V to 32V DC power supply. The 05701-A-0302 has typical power consumption of 3.75W in catalytic mode (including catalytic sensor) and 3.25W in 4-20mA mode. The 05701-A-0302 has an electronic drift of less than ±2% over 6 months
