Laser profile measurement for precise inline inspection
KEYENCE LJ-X8080 is an LJ-X8000 Series 2D/3D laser profiler sensor head with a 73 mm reference distance, a ±20.5 mm height range and a 35 mm profile width at the reference plane.
The head captures 3200-point profiles using a 405 nm Class 2M blue laser. Match the controller, cable and measurement geometry; mount the head to a metal plate and observe the manufacturer's laser-safety instructions.
