SKKH280/20EH SEMIPACK 3 Thyristor Bridge Module
SEMIKRON SKKH280/20EH is a SEMIPACK 3 thyristor bridge power module for high-current AC control and rectification. Its pressure-contact construction and isolated baseplate support compact, serviceable industrial power assemblies.
The published configuration is rated for 2000 V repetitive blocking, 280 A average on-state current and 440 A maximum RMS current, with short-duration isolation up to 4800 V AC. Gate drive, heatsink, terminal arrangement and cooling must be matched to the installed assembly.
