High-count SR60 relay control with standard expansion
The SR60 provides sixty local digital points before any expansion modules are added. Its standard configuration permits six expansion modules and one signal board, so engineering records should distinguish onboard channel assignments from addresses belonging to the attached modules. The CPU enclosure is 175 mm wide.
Ethernet and RS485 support different connections within the control project. The V2.5 manual documents standard-CPU PROFINET features, but an existing 0AA0 installation must be checked for the firmware and configuration that enable the intended network roles. One RS485 serial port is integrated alongside Ethernet.
Twenty-four relay outputs provide dry-contact switching with specified per-point and common-group limits. The sensor output is limited to 300 mA and is not the supply rating for connected output loads; expansion-bus current is another separate constraint. Each relay point has a 2 A maximum rating.

Optional media and expansion hardware are separate configuration items.
