Manage a safety-controlled 24 V load group with defined output conditions
Siemens 6ES7138-4CF03-0AB0 is the ET 200S PM-E F pm DC24V PROFIsafe power module. It combines relay switching of the P1/P2 voltage buses with two additional P/M-switching fail-safe semiconductor outputs for suitable 24 V DC loads.
The module supports safety-related shutdown within a correctly engineered F-system. Selection must account for the intended load group, relay switching interval, external protection, temperature-dependent current limits and safety-program validation; its maximum attainable safety class is not an unconditional rating for the complete machine.

Does this module make standard outputs safe to switch on?
No. Siemens permits safety-related shutdown of the connected standard output group, not safety-related activation.
