Description
The ICS TRIPLEX T8231C Trusted Power Pack is a high-reliability power supply module developed for the Trusted® Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) safety and control platform. The module converts a universal AC input supply into a regulated 24 VDC output, providing stable power for Trusted controllers, communication modules, and I/O subsystems operating in safety-critical applications.
The T8231C is designed for installation within the T8231C Power Pack , where up to three power packs can operate in parallel. Through integrated active current-sharing circuitry, multiple modules automatically balance load demand, enabling N+1 redundancy configurations and ensuring uninterrupted system operation even if a single power module is removed or fails.

The Trusted Power System consists of a 1U Power Shelf with mechanical support, containing up tothree 750 W Power Packs. The Power Packs load share in configurations using one or more PowerShelves. Each Power Pack has an individual supply connection via a mechanically retained IEC 60320type connector. Each Power Shelf can supply 2250 W of power or 1500 W with n+1 redundancyfrom a single source. Multiple units can be connected for further capacity or redundancyrequirements.
