        Why are prices not shown on the website?
        Prices for obsolete and surplus automation parts vary with source, condition, quantity and availability. Send the complete part number, quantity and delivery location and we will quote the current workable price, condition, availability and lead time.

        Can you offer a discount or distributor price?
        We can review the price against quantity, repeat demand, payment timing and expected purchase-order date. Send your target price and expected order date and we will confirm the best workable offer without basing a fixed discount on unconfirmed future volume.

        What are Amikon's standard payment terms?
        Full cleared payment is required before order processing and release. Amikon does not offer credit, deferred payment or payment after delivery unless a separate written agreement has been approved by both parties.

        Can the terms be changed to full payment upon shipment-ready notification?
        Not as an automatic change to a standard order. Full cleared payment is required before processing and release; any exception must be separately approved in writing before the purchase order is accepted.

        Which payment methods does Amikon accept?
        We accept T/T bank transfer and Visa. PayPal is not accepted; the available method and final amount will be stated on the Amikon pro forma invoice, and card details must be submitted only through an approved secure payment channel.

        Can I pay through Alibaba?
        Alibaba payment is available for selected warehouse-stock items. It adds 13% tax and a 3% Alibaba platform fee to the base quotation; the full amount will be shown in the platform order or pro forma invoice before you confirm.

        How are currency bank charges and platform fees handled?
        The settlement currency is stated in the quotation and pro forma invoice. The buyer is responsible for sending-bank, intermediary-bank, conversion and shortfall charges and must ensure that Amikon receives the full invoice amount; any platform or card fee will be shown before payment.

        How should I verify the pro forma invoice and bank details?
        The pro forma invoice should show Amikon's company details, complete part numbers, condition, quantities, prices, currency, freight, Incoterm and payment instructions. If bank details differ from a previous order, verify them through a known Amikon contact before payment rather than relying on a forwarded email.
