        How does Amikon verify product authenticity?
        We review the available nameplate, serial label, packaging, physical condition and supply documentation for the offered item. The evidence available for the exact order will be stated before purchase; a website image or logo alone is not treated as proof of authenticity.

        Are all products power-tested before dispatch?
        No, this is not a blanket commitment. Inspection and testing depend on the product type, condition and available test setup; the quotation will state whether the scope is visual inspection, functional testing, third-party inspection or existing evidence only.

        Can we arrange an on-site or third-party inspection before dispatch?
        Yes, this can be arranged case by case. The inspection location, scope, timing and any applicable cost must be agreed in advance.

        Which certificates can you provide such as COO COC COM MTC or CQ?
        Certificate availability depends on the exact model, condition, source and issuing party. Before order, we will confirm the certificate type, issuer, format, cost and lead time; COO, COC, COM, MTC and CQ are not automatically included with every item.

        Are manufacturer or factory quality certificates included in the quotation?
        Not by default. We can request the document for the exact model from the source; if it is unavailable, covers only the product family or requires an extra fee, we will advise you before order and obtain approval.

        Can you provide ISO 9001 certification and third-party reports such as TUV?
        We can provide Amikon's current ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Independent third-party inspection reports, including TUV where applicable, can be arranged for a project, with the scope, organisation, fee, item-access requirements and timing confirmed in writing before order.

        Can the buyer or a third party inspect the item before dispatch?
        This can be evaluated case by case. Photos or video inspection are normally available for warehouse stock; an on-site or third-party inspection requires advance agreement on location, scope, cost, timing and acceptance criteria and does not replace the buyer's final model and compatibility approval.

        How will the goods be packed?
        Packing is selected for the item's size, weight, fragility, electrostatic risk and transport mode, with anti-static bags, cushioning, reinforced cartons or wooden cases used where required. Special packing, neutral packing and moisture protection for sea freight must be requested before order and are subject to written scope and cost confirmation.
