Conformal-coated controller-side interface for Trusted chassis expansion
ICS Triplex T8311C is a conformal-coated expander interface housed in the Trusted controller chassis. It links the controller's internal module bus to the expander bus, allowing additional chassis to communicate through the documented expansion connections while retaining fault-tolerant operation.
Hardware-based triple modular redundancy contains faults within the interface and its connected buses, limiting their effect on the wider installation. Diagnostic monitoring and dedicated tests support rapid fault identification, while front-panel indicators show module health and operating status.
